The $100,000 Summer Sprint (1000m) is the highlight event on the program, 10 horses appearing in the nominations.

The Kim Waugh-trained Oxford Poet is the highest rated runner in the current field with a NSW benchmark figure of 97.

Ron Quinton's Boss Lane backs-up after finishing last in the Canterbury Classic on Saturday whilst 11-time winner Plateau Gold represents the Jim Jarvis stable from Coffs Harbour.


Nominations for the Summer Sprint, Benchmark 93 (1400m), Benchmark 85 (1600m), Benchmark 78 F&M (1400m), 3YO Benchmark 72 (1400m) and the 2YO Handicap (1200m) have all been extended until 11am Tuesday.

The rail at Warwick Farm on Saturday will be in the true position with the track rated a good (4) on Monday morning.
